Judicial resolutions from the courts

About this source

Court orders are the resolutions through which judges make decisions during criminal proceedings instruction. They include indictment orders, pre-trial detention orders, prosecution orders, and orders to open oral trial. In the PSOE Scandal cases, the orders come from the Supreme Court (for officials with immunity), the National Court (Hydrocarbons case), Court of Instruction No. 41 of Madrid (Begoña Gómez case), and Court of Instruction No. 3 of Badajoz (David Sánchez case).
